Important Notice: your transition to the new Shipping Platform - Click & Drop

From Monday 12th January 2026, we commence the migration of all Parcelforce Worldwide customers to the Royal Mail Click & Drop shipping platform. This is the new single shipping platform where you will manage your Parcelforce Worldwide and Royal Mail services in one place.

We are communicating with all customers individually to confirm your migration to Click & Drop and the date your WDM Online account will be switched off. If you are presented with a migration message when you login, this means your WDM Online account has been switched off and you should immediately commence using your new Click & Drop account with the activation details you have been sent.

Due to recent legislative changes we are currently experiencing temporary delays for parcels being exported to Italy. Additionally, items exported to both Italy and Romania may also be subject to additional charges. Details are available at our European Trade Insights page

Important notice - Services to the USA

Our globalpriority and globalexpress services to the USA have been withdrawn until further notice. In order to export to the USA you can access our RM Tracked Heavier PDDP service to the USA once you have migrated your account to our newly unified Royal Mail and Parcelforce network and shipping platforms.
